Leprosy, histoplasmosis, coccidioidomycosis, blastomycosis, and tuberculosis can form granulomatous lesions in the nose. Diagnosis is based on biopsy and culture results. Treatment is usually with an antifungal agent such as amphotericin B or fluconazole.
